Year 2 Media - next steps

We now have full details from the school on what we need to be working on over the next few weeks.

It's been a very strange time - I'm so sorry you won't get the opportunity to prove how brilliant you are in Media in the exams next month but we now know what we are going to be working on for the next few weeks.

Year 10 students
Now that the government has confirmed that Year 10 students will be awarded a grade by Ofqual for any subjects they were due to sit this summer the message is that you should concentrate on other subjects rather than Media. This means the core subjects and your Year 1 option subject. For us, this is a really disappointing way to end Media but please remember we have loved working with you and wish you every success in your other subjects. And remember, we'll still be here when you're choosing your A Levels so please come back and join us then!

Year 11 students
The plan for Year 11 students is now to concentrate on the subjects you intend to study in Year 12 next year.

There will be work going on up on Greenford's School Closure website - Year 11 page over the next few days.

Media is already up there and you can also find the information in this Media blog post too.

For those of you planning to study other subjects, I'm sorry it's ended this way but you really have been such fantastic classes for the last two years and we wish you every success in the future. For those of you who plan to do Media - see you in September!
